Training and nutrition built around the week you actually have — not the one a template assumes. For busy parents and first responders who are done starting over.
30 minutes, no cost, no slide deck. If I’m not the right coach for you, I’ll tell you on the call.

Ten years ago I was 320 pounds and drinking myself into a hospital bed. I coach the way out of that, because I’ve walked it.

You have a scheduling problem, a starting-point problem, and five abandoned plans that were never built for your life in the first place.
You have the time you have. So the plan gets built for 30–40 minutes, three or four days a week — around night shifts, school runs and the days everything falls apart.
Every one of those restarts was somebody else’s template. Nothing gets built for your injuries, your equipment or your week — so it works until the first hard week, then stops.
That’s the entire job of the first call. Thirty minutes, and you leave with a direction — whether you end up hiring me or not.
I was a first responder carrying the job home in a bottle. Getting sober was the first step. About three months in I found the gym — and unlike everything else I’d tried, that one held.
I’ve lost nearly a hundred pounds and kept it off. My wife made the same climb beside me, and we still train together. Everything I coach came out of those years: what actually works when you’re exhausted, when the shift pattern is brutal, and when you’ve already failed at this a few times.
Where this started — 2016, first responder, drinking
Lost since, and still off nearly a decade later
Of us — my wife made the same journey, post-baby
Quick fixes sold. This is habits, not a 12-week sprint
Thirty minutes on the phone. Your history, your schedule, your goal, and what’s gone wrong before. You leave with a direction either way.
Training and nutrition designed around your week — your equipment, your injuries, the number of days you can honestly commit to.
Regular check-ins on the numbers that matter. When life changes, the plan changes with it. That's the part that keeps people going past week six.
Not a PDF everyone else got. Days, length and equipment match your actual life.
Macros or a meal plan — whichever level of structure fits how you like to eat.
You talk to Hugh. Not an assistant, not a chatbot working through a script.
Baseline photos, measurements and lifts at the start, then reviewed on a schedule.
Form question, travel week, injury flare-up — you're not waiting until Sunday.
New shift pattern, new baby, new injury — we rebuild rather than start over.
Prices are here so nobody wastes a call finding out. Nothing gets sold on this page — we work out which one fits after we’ve talked.

Thirty minutes. I ask about your history, your schedule, your injuries and what’s gone wrong before. You get a straight read on where to start. If coaching makes sense, we talk about which level fits. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you that instead.
No. Plenty of people train at home with almost nothing. The plan gets built around whatever equipment you’ve genuinely got access to.
That describes most people who book a call. Nearly everyone who quits, quits because the plan never fit their week — not because they lacked willpower. That’s the thing we fix first.
You’ll be sore in week one. Visible change usually shows up somewhere between weeks six and twelve, provided the check-ins actually happen. Anyone promising a specific number by a specific date is guessing.
Deliberately not. Twelve-week challenges end, and most people end with them. This is built as a lifestyle change with a plan that keeps adapting.
Yes — macros or a meal plan, matched to how much structure you want. It’s coaching for healthy adults, not clinical or medical nutrition advice. If you have a diagnosed condition, we’ll work alongside your doctor.
Yes. At-home plans for couples who are short on time work well — my wife and I did exactly this. Ask on the call.
Separate thing entirely. Coaching here is training, nutrition and habits. The performance-science side lives in Uncommon Human Sciences, which you’re welcome to join independently.
One call. Thirty minutes. You’ll know exactly where to start, and whether I’m the person to get you there.
